I love Gets You Singing. It reinforced for me that I really CAN sing and it’s never too late to learn. Being new to voice training, I was surprised that an important part of it is singing up and down on vowels and consonants. At first I wanted to skip right to the end and just do the songs but I trusted Meredith and followed the order of exercises she has laid out. It really worked and now I truly realize the huge value and advantage of exercising my voice every day to get ready to sing the songs.
I also absolutely loved the Sassy Song Exercises. They are such an entertaining way to learn voice training tips and practice important technique. They are full of positive messages that daily give me more and more confidence about my singing.
For anyone who honestly wants to sing better, Meredith’s enthusiasm, expertise and teaching ability make the whole voice training experience an ordered, systematic and easy to follow progression to a better voice. Persevere.
Take one step at a time. I did. And now I really can sing better!
